Information provided pursuant to Articles 13-14 of GDPR 2016/679 (General Data Protection Regulation)

Dear User,
pursuant to Art. 13 of EU Regulation 2016/679 and in relation to the information that will be acquired, for the purpose of protecting individuals and other subjects regarding the processing of personal data, we inform you of the following:

1. Purpose of Processing
The data you provide will be used solely to comply with the regulations governing short-term tourist rentals.

2. Methods of Processing
The methods by which personal data will be processed will comply with GDPR 2016/679 (General Data Protection Regulation)

3. Provision of Data
The provision of data for the purposes referred to in point 1 is mandatory as required by the competent authorities for the identification of guests at our facility, and any refusal to authorize this will result in the impossibility of using our accommodation services.

4. Communication and Disclosure of Data
The data provided may be communicated exclusively to the competent state control bodies (State Police) as required by the law on short-term rentals.
The data provided will not be subject to communication or disclosure to third parties.

5. Data Controller
The data controller is Stradivarious, Via Antonio Stradivari 10, Florence.

6. Rights of the Data Subject
At any time, you may exercise, pursuant to Articles 15 to 22 of EU Regulation no. 2016/679, the right to:
a) request confirmation of the existence or otherwise of your personal data;
b) obtain information about the purposes of the processing, the categories of personal data, the recipients or categories of
recipients to whom the personal data have been or will be communicated and, where possible, the retention period;
c) obtain the rectification and erasure of data;
d) obtain restriction of processing;
e) obtain data portability, i.e., receive them from a data controller, in a structured, commonly used and
machine-readable format, and transmit them to another data controller without hindrance;
f) object to processing at any time, including processing for direct marketing purposes;
g) object to automated decision-making processes concerning individuals, including profiling.
h) request from the data controller access to personal data and rectification or erasure of such data or restriction
of processing concerning you or to object to their processing, as well as the right to data portability;
i) withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent given
before withdrawal;
j) lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
